It's easy and fast. No minimums and full access to our 440 page catalog, with extensive fabric and leather options. You will also have our award winning Customer Service Department at your ready. We will shrink-wrap cardboard or bubble wrap around each item to protect, then blanket wrap and ship to a receiving warehouse of your choice on our trucks. Freight costs will be calculated on an order by order basis and added to the invoice. Lifetime Warranty on Residential, 3 year warranty on Commercial and Hospitality.

Surface treatments like wire brushing, hand scraping, Olde World distressing, all with deep burnished stain, protected by post catalyzed conversion varnish, and even available with different sheens, increase your design vocabulary. Benjamin Moore paint applications are also available.

We offer nearly 100 fabric and leather options, or can accommodate COM. Our fabric partner is Norwalk, which allows your clients to visit their website and order free fabric samples.

Our Style Your Own Dining and Bedroom app, can be utilized on our website by your customer to add another way of presenting your clients with a multitude of design options.

Catalog and Price List


Designer cost is half off suggested retail. The MSRP price list will say DMM on the lower right corner of the page.



Stain Samples and Fabric/Leather Swatches


Wood color samples (small 4”x4” samples) may be purchased for $3 each or $225 for the complete set. Fabric & leather swatches are $5 each. Shipping costs are added to all sample orders. You may preview our samples by visiting http://www.simplyamish.com/choices/ but you must have an actual sample sent to you for approval before we will accept your order. Fabric and stains do not display accurately on a computer screen.



Freight


We will shrink-wrap cardboard or bubble wrap around each item to protect, then blanket wrap and ship to a receiving warehouse of your choice on our trucks. You must furnish us an address for a receiving warehouse for each order. Freight costs will be calculated on an order by order basis and added to the invoice.


Warranty


Our normal lifetime warranty applies to all products for residential use. See page 3 of our catalog. In all cases if the product is for commercial use the warranty will be for 3 years unless otherwise specified. This warranty will cover defects in craftsmanship or materials. We will need to have the items returned to our distribution center so we can repair or replace as needed. We do not cover the cost of transporting the furniture (either way) beyond our normal truck routes. These costs would have to be calculated on a case by case basis. Commercial use is anything outside of normal residential use.



Returns


Returns to us for warranty or other reasons are the responsibility of the designer/consumer. If the item being returned is along one of our standard truck routes we will do what we can to accommodate for that return.



Payment


We will require a 50% deposit on all orders. This deposit may be paid using a credit card or check. Balance will be due upon completion and before shipping unless otherwise approved by Simply Amish.
