Use Agreement

As between you and Simply Amish, Simply Amish is and shall remain the sole and exclusive owner of the materials. The materials are provided by Simply Amish on an 'as is' basis, without warranty of any kind, including non-infringement or ownership. You, not Simply Amish, are responsible for your use of the materials. Any misuse of the materials or breach of this Agreement will cause Simply Amish irreparable harm.
