Use Agreement
By copying or making any use of the materials on our site, you acknowledge that you have read and understand, and agree to, the Usage Agreement below that governs your use. If you do not agree to the Agreement's terms, do not copy or use the materials in any way, unless you have written permission signed by Simply Amish.

Usage Agreement:
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, you may use these materials solely in whole for the promotion of Simply Amish and its products. This right to use is personal to you and is not transferable by you to another party. The materials cannot be used to promote or sell any product other than Simply Amish. You may not alter, or modify the materials, in whole or in part, for any reason.

As between you and Simply Amish, Simply Amish is and shall remain the sole and exclusive owner of the materials. The materials are provided by Simply Amish on an 'as is' basis, without warranty of any kind, including non-infringement or ownership. You, not Simply Amish, are responsible for your use of the materials. Any misuse of the materials or breach of this Agreement will cause Simply Amish irreparable harm.
